Sakani is a government program (Ministry of Municipalities and Housing + the Real Estate Development Fund) enabling first-home ownership through several tracks: developed self-build land, under-construction units with developers, and support to buy ready units from the market.
Core eligibility includes: Saudi nationality, at least 25 years old (with exceptions), and neither you nor a family member owning a suitable home at the time of applying.
