1Platform Ownership
All rights related to the Monnara real estate platform — including the trade name, logo, design, software, and our AI assistant "ASKIB" — are exclusively owned by Manara Al-Asriya Company (مؤسسة منارا العصرية العقارية), and are protected under the intellectual property protection regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2User Content
Property data and images added by users (owners, brokers) remain their own property, but they grant Monnara a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform for the agreed marketing and brokerage purposes.
3Prohibited Use
Copying, republishing, or using any content from the platform (text, designs, aggregated property data) for commercial purposes outside the scope of Monnara without prior written permission is prohibited.
4Trademarks
The "Monnara" name and logo are trademarks owned by Manara Al-Asriya Company, and may not be used by any other party without explicit consent.
