Advertisers on Monnara are required to add an advertising licence number and a Fal licence per the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) rules. Always verify a listing's licence before dealing — you can check via REGA's official channels.

Browsing and searching Monnara is free for seekers. Optional plans add extra features, but access to listings and basic contact is available without a subscription.

You can verify the deed and title electronically through the Najiz platform of the Ministry of Justice, to confirm the owner, area and any restrictions before buying.

From "Advertiser Services" open "Team" then "Invite employee". Enter their name, job title and mobile number, and choose their permissions (marketer or account manager, and what they may view). The employee receives an invite via a link or message and joins after signing in with the same mobile number. The owner sets the name and job title; the employee cannot change them.

From "My listings" pick the property then "Add video", and upload a vertical clip of up to 90 seconds. The video appears in the "Tours" section. Adding video is available to subscribers. If you are a company employee, your account manager reviews the video before it is published.

The Monnara star is granted to a trusted advertiser automatically after completing three successful deals confirmed by both parties on the platform. The Monnara team may also grant it manually to outstanding advertisers. The star shows next to the advertiser's name everywhere, replacing the traditional verification mark.

From "My listings" tap "Add property" and follow the steps: ad licence, location, details and price, advertiser data, then photos and video. A cover image is required to publish. Listings are reviewed per the Real Estate General Authority requirements before going live.

When an employee (marketer) adds a listing or video, it stays pending the account manager's approval and is not published directly. The manager receives a notification and finds the item under "Team" then "Review", with the listing's photo, details and the submitter's name, to approve or reject.
