Verifying the Deed and Title Document Online

The electronic deed is the official title document issued by the Ministry of Justice. Before any purchase, verify the deed to confirm ownership, area, boundaries, and that it is free of restrictions.

Through the Najiz portal, the Ministry of Justice offers a deed-verification service by entering the deed number — showing you whether it is valid along with its basic data. It also lets the owner view their deeds electronically.

Note: matching the owner's name on the deed with the seller's identity is essential, and any mortgage or service suspension may block the transfer. Don't rely on an old paper copy — the electronic deed is the reference.
